Mediation

  • Mediation is a voluntary out of court procedure to settle conflicts.
  • The mediator is neutral and without the authority to decide; he/she supports the conflicting parties in developing legally binding solutions.
  • Mediation makes possible independent solutions. The objective is future oriented constructive solutions which settle not only the current conflict but also preserve or open the possibility of future cooperation or collaboration.
